While they're running, they'll be raising funds and awareness for the Jeremiah Program Baltimore.

On February 14th, 2026, at 6AM, runners will depart Baltimore City Hall and start on a 24-hour trek to Philadelphia City Hall, relay running to raise awareness around the challenges single moms face while achieving a college degree.

Jeremiah Program Baltimore

Jeremiah Program Baltimore serves single moms and their children as moms work towards a college degree. Our mission is to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children, two generations at a time. JP believes that no mother should have to choose between investing in herself and her children.

Track Hawks Run Club

Track Hawks Run Club was founded in Baltimore in 2024 by Justice Gray and Demetrius Kingston.

The group welcomes runners of all levels and backgrounds, with the goal of promoting wellness and community. Since the group’s inception, they have been able to partner with companies like Charm City Run, witness members complete their first road races, and support individuals looking to accomplish a variety of fitness goals.

In 2025, Track Hawks welcomed more than 30 runners from different backgrounds to their weekly runs and training groups. Nine of these athletes went on to run in the Baltimore Running Festival, completing distances from 5K to the Half Marathon.
